WHAT IS IT?
Roti is an Indian flatbread made from flour. We have taken the traditional Indian curries and wrapped them in a roti, serving them as a wrap. We can also serve curry and roti on the side if you prefer enjoying them separately.
WHAT’S IN IT?
You can customize your roti as you see fit by adding the veggies or meats of your choice to any of our menu options. Seriously, you can mix and match anything and everything! We have a wide range of toppings including broccoli, mushroom, green pepper, green peas, chick peas, cauliflower, eggplant, spinach, and paneer. You also have three proteins to choose from, chicken, lamb, and shrimp!
As for the sauce, we put countless hours into ensuring its perfection. The sauce is prepared by sautéing onion, ginger, garlic and a bunch of other spices, then slow cooked over a span of 5 hours. The mixture needs to be stirred frequently, guaranteeing that the spices mix well and that the sauce is cooked to the exact, desired consistency every time.
